Welcome to blackjack3. This website is operated by blackjack3.pro and provides online gaming services to registered members. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between you as a member and blackjack3 as the platform operator.

By accessing the blackjack3 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the blackjack3 platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if necessary.

To register a blackjack3 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the registration date
• Registering using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information
• Do not hold any other blackjack3 account (active or inactive)
• Not acting on behalf of any other individual or entity
• Not included on any platform's self-exclusion list

Each individual is only permitted to have one account only at blackjack3. Attempts to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — are considered a serious violation and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Blackjack3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) from members at any time, including copies of their ID card, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Blackjack3 accepts deposits via a range of secure, integrated payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All payment methods are fully supported and available to all members who have verified their accounts.

The bank account or digital wallet used for deposits must be registered in the name of the verified member. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the transaction being declined or the account balance being frozen pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for most payment methods
• Blackjack3 does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• Credits are typically processed within 1–5 minutes after the transaction is confirmed
• Daily deposit limits can be set by the member in account settings

Blackjack3 members may request a withdrawal at any time, provided the following conditions are met. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as an added security measure to prevent money laundering.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Processing time: 1–24 hours for verified accounts
• Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals to third-party payment methods are not permitted

Blackjack3 reserves the right to request additional documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, or when unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard procedure to protect the financial security of our members.

Blackjack3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, or per device
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Bonus validity is typically between 7 and 30 days — check the promotions page for specific details
• Blackjack3 reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

Abusing the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or exploiting promotional offers through illegitimate means, is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

All games on blackjack3 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been audited and certified as fair. Game results are final unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical error.

The following are strictly prohibited on the blackjack3 platform:

• Use of automated software (bots) or any unauthorized assistance tools
• Intentional manipulation or exploitation of system bugs
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at staff or other members

In the event of a technical error during gameplay, blackjack3 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the member's account balance. Winnings resulting from a known technical error will not be honoured.

A blackjack3 account that shows no activity (login, deposit, wagering, or withdrawal) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as an inactive account.

For inactive accounts that still hold a balance, a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 (or the current balance if less than RM5) will be charged starting from the 13th month of inactivity. blackjack3 will send an email notification as a reminder before the fee begins to apply.

Members may reactivate an inactive account at any time simply by logging in to the platform. Once reactivated, no further fees will be charged as long as the account remains active.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the blackjack3 customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned to the member in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Blackjack3 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration
• Suspected activity related to money laundering
• Attempting to exploit the system or engage in fraudulent activity
• Requests from relevant authorities

In the event of closure due to a violation, blackjack3 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Funds proven to have been obtained through illegitimate means will not be returned.

Blackjack3 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that services will operate without interruption or error at all times. Our platform is backed by high-grade cloud server infrastructure, but unavoidable technical disruptions may occur from time to time.

To the extent permitted by law, blackjack3 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from game outcomes or betting results
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence
• Technical issues on the member's device or internet connection

Blackjack3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the blackjack3 platform after the effective date of any term changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled through the dispute resolution procedure established by blackjack3. The official version of this document is in Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the English version shall prevail.
